You can talk about anything that is troubling you - past or present, and how it might be affecting your wellbeing or your relationships with others.

If you feel tense, irritable, easily upset, or hopeless much of the time, are having trouble sleeping, or fear being overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, anger, sadness or grief, then counselling could help

Sometimes our problems can just feel too difficult to cope with on our own. Or we can feel empty and alone even if others believe we have everything we need to be happy

Maybe you just feel stuck?

Deciding to contact a therapist could be a positive first step towards addressing whatever is worrying or distressing you.

Therapy could help you understand your thoughts, feelings and reactions, and strengthen your ability to handle life’s challenges - both now and in the future.

My Sessions

I offer sessions online, and also face-to-face from a therapy room in central Windsor subject to availability.

Many people find the flexibility of online sessions makes it easier to access therapy, and provides continuity of sessions at times when attending in person isn't possible

Please contact me if you'd like to arrange a FREE 15 min telephone call to discuss working together
